Back story: When he was only 8 he was adopted form a orphanage... by a Mafia-type organization. They taught him how to cook and then kept him as his cooking slave servant. One day, tired of being treated as a thing, he sliced one of those mobsters and served him to the others, with a pinch of cinnamon.
The Mafia boss did not order his death, but instead was very pleased. He gave him a "rise" and the young boy joined the ranks as one of the deadliest assassins of the gang. Now he is treated with respect, and no reasonable man would dare to criticize one of his dishes.
